My name is David Foley, And I will be your loan specialist guiding you through the loan process.
A little about me – I am happily married and blessed with two wonderful children. Our family is complete with the addition of three adorable dogs, who bring an extra dose of love and joy into our home. Together, we navigate the journey of parenthood, creating cherished memories and fostering a nurturing environment for our children to grow and thrive. When I'm not engaged in the mortgage business, I find fulfillment in maintaining an active lifestyle through working out, indulging my culinary passions through cooking, and finding solace and inspiration in the great outdoors.
I moved to Louisiana in 2016 after living in Texas my whole life.
I have been a mortgage originator for over 2 years and absolutely love what I do. Prior to the Mortgage industry, I worked in the wine industry where I learned the value to providing great client care.
As a licensed Mortgage Broker, my main focus is assisting individuals and families in obtaining the necessary finances to purchase their dream homes or invest in properties. I have extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry, including various loan types, interest rates, and repayment options. Guiding clients through the mortgage process, I help them navigate the complexities of paperwork, eligibility criteria, and financial considerations to find the best possible solutions that suit their needs.
